Book Giveaway Carnival

This contest has ended. Winner will be announced the week of March 8. Thanks to everyone who participated!

Book Room Reviews is hosting a book giveaway carnival running from March 2 through March 8. PVN has decided to join the fun.

Contest ends March 8 at 11:59 pm EST.

I'm a bit late jumping in, but I would like to offer Weddings from Hell (Harper, 2008) an anthology of novellas by Maggie Shayne, Jeaniene Frost, Terri Garey, and Kathryn Smith.

From the publisher: Some marriages are made in heaven . . . Some are not.

What happens when "the happiest day of your life" turns into a nightmare? Forget the drunken best man or the bridesmaid dresses from the '80s . . . none of these wedding day disasters can compare to a cursed bride determined to make it down the aisle, or a vampire who is about to disrupt your wedding.

Join New York Times bestselling authors Maggie Shayne and Jeaniene Frost, USA Today bestseller Kathryn Smith, as well as Terri Garey in four unforgettable tales of unholy matrimony . . . where the grooms are dark, dangerous, and mostly dead, and to love and cherish till death takes on a whole new meaning.

To enter simply leave a comment on any topic you wish!

My secret to a long, happy marriage is leave the pricy church ceremony, party planner, and the expensive party out of it!

Concentrate more on the actual Marriage than the wedding... Whether in hell or anywhere else :)

By the way Patricia, this give- away rocks!

I'd love to win... I like short story collections by multiple authors, so I can find some I haven't read before and so there's more if I don't like one. :)

I have only read books from Maggie Shayne from this Anthology, so it would be great to win it and be able to check out a few new Authors. I also like reading Anthologies between books to break them up.

Hmmm...I'm having an endoscopy soon. This would be a good book to take to the hospital. I woke up during my last endoscopy. Yea, I did. Won't wake during this one.
